Brian Ross
Born in Roanoke and raised in Christiansburg in the mountains of Southwestern Virginia, I attended Radford University and obtained a degree in Finance and Economics in 2004. After marrying my beautiful wife we moved to Richmond where I began a career as a claims adjuster. After nearly a decade in claims I elected to seek employment with a local agency in 2012 so that I would have the opportunity to work closer with people.
Today I am the owner and principal of our agency, striving to carry on the nearly 100 year tradition of customer centric service. This agency was started with the motto “Insurance that Satisfies” and that is the approach we continue to take. We work with multiple insurance companies which allows us to shop our clients’ accounts looking for exactly the very best match of needs as well as price. I feel a sense of satisfaction when I am able to provide the protection needed to our clients at an affordable price. To me that is the definition of “Service that Satisfies”.
I enjoy what I do and really like that this is a people business. I get to meet all types of people from all backgrounds of life. There is never a dull day in the insurance industry and that makes it both challenging as well as rewarding. I hope everyone will call and give me an opportunity to handle their every insurance need.

Teresa Ingle
“I have been a resident of Cumberland County my entire life and have raised two wonderful children, Lindsey and Bradley. I currently reside near Cumberland Courthouse with my husband Paul.
My start in the insurance business was in 1981 shortly after graduating from high school. Fortunately I had opportunities to experience working for both large insurance companies as well as small, local agencies. Currently I hold licenses as both a Personal & Commercial Lines Agent and as a Life & Health Agent. Having joined W.A. Watson & Sons Insurance in September of 2000 my co-workers are like another family, and I could not ask for a better place to work.
Insurance is a field that I enjoy working in because I am able to learn something new every day, and with every customer comes a new challenge. Melinda Hanks
I am proud to be a Farmville native and now live in Keysville, Virginia, with my husband and a proud parent of 5 children. I am also blessed with six wonderful grandchildren.
My earlier work experience introduced me to the insurance field and encouraged me to continue growing in this profession. I earned my Life and Health licenses in 2005 and my Property and Casualty license in 2010. Today, I am grateful to have 23 years of experience helping clients with their insurance needs.

A North Carolina native, I’ve been a proud resident of the Farmville community for over three decades. I’m blessed with a loving husband and two incredibly talented adult children.
With a 31 year career in elementary education and a Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision, I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of diverse learners and a passion for fostering positive relationships. This experience, combined with my commitment to providing personalized support, has equipped me to excel in my role at W.A. Watson & Sons.

Maheen Sayyab
I was born and raised in Islamabad, Pakistan, and have always been passionate about learning and staying active. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from FAST University, which eventually led me to explore the insurance field when I joined Savvital. I enjoy helping clients navigate their coverage needs and find satisfaction in taking on challenges that allow me to grow professionally.
Outside of work, I love staying active running in the mornings, and playing basketball is part of my routine. Writing has been a lifelong passion, keeping my mind sharp and creative. Traveling to the mountains, such as Murree and northern Pakistan, is one of my favorite ways to relax and find inspiration. Music plays an important role in my life, keeping me energized and motivated during busy days.
Family is very important to me. I have five siblings, two brothers and two sisters. While my sister lives in Sweden and my brothers are in Australia, staying connected with them is always a priority. Growing up, I was obsessed with space and NASA, and it remains a fascination I hold close to this day, a reminder of curiosity and exploration that drives me both personally and professionally. A quote I go by and is on my screen lock, “Enjoy the space between where you are and where you are going.”
I take pride in being dedicated and driven, finding joy in challenges that allow me to learn something new every day while providing excellent service to clients.
Noah Auraz Tellez
Noah Auraz Tellez, our 19-year-old on-going intern who is already making a strong impression on our team. Noah joins us whenever he’s not in class at college and will also be spending time with us over the Christmas break (December through January), as well as returning throughout next summer.
Noah brings a strong work ethic, a curious mindset, and a genuine eagerness to learn more about the insurance industry. As he begins gaining hands-on experience, we’re proud to be part of his journey and to support the next generation of professionals right here in our community. His ambition and positive attitude reflect the values we strive to uphold every day.
